Might as well just buy restorative potions in bulk. Which makes it even harder to understand why Blizzard decided to not advance this part of first aid, as that is an even more powerful option to cure yourself of poison. This area seems to have a forced respawn rate, meaning by the time you have killed all the beasts in the area, more start spawning immediately.
I ran around as a Lvl 60 Hunter for about 30 mins and collected about 20x Small Venom Sacs in that time. I got quite a few green item drops as well while farming these. Although the tool-tip says these work on poisons up to level 25, they do work for Visc's poisons and they don't have a cooldown beyond the 1sec GCD though it is a 1min CD.
