Urban Attitude chooses to use Australia Post for all of our shipping needs providing customers with high quality mail and parcel services within Australia. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing your order unless specified otherwise by one of our customer service representatives. If there is a delay caused for any reason you will be notified via phone or email prior to us sending your goods.

We will gladly exchange or credit all returns purchased on presentation of the original Urban Attitude receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. We will not send out any replacement or exchange products until we have received the faulty product back in our warehouse. If your item has broken or damaged in transit we will arrange for a full replacement upon proof of the damage.
